Return and Cancellation Policy

Laavanya is committed to providing high-quality products to its customers. Before shipping, each product undergoes a strict quality check to ensure that it is free from any defects or damages hence, all sales are final and no refund or cancellation will be issued. However, in the rare event that a customer receives a defective or damaged product, they may request a return or exchange.
In case of an unlikely event of manufacturing defect, we provide a full refund to the customer within 2 days of receiving the defective product back at our store.
To initiate a return or exchange, the customer must send an email to Laavanya with their order number, images of the areas of the product with issues, and a brief explanation within 7 days of receiving the order.
If the customer requests a return or exchange due to a defect or damage, Laavanya will provide a full refund or exchange the product. The customer will arrange for pickup from the their shipping address.
Several product defects or damages are eligible for returns or exchanges. These include a substantially inconsistent visual appearance in terms of print, texture, or colors right at the time of the product's first unpacking, abrupt tearing of the fabric, loose weaving in parts or areas, or torn weave, and a weight per meter that varies more than 25%.
However, certain conditions are not covered under the defect or damage policy. For instance, color reproduction on various digital screens may vary, so there may be a gap between what the customer sees online versus in reality. Additionally, some fabrics may suffer from inherent color bleeding for a few washes, and each such fabric's instructions are clearly mentioned on the respective product page. Any fabric ordered below 2 meters does not qualify for a return.
Laavanya also provides an exchange policy that is subject to the availability of the product in inventory on the date of receiving the returned order. The exchange value of the product is calculated based on the net payable price and not the MRP.
For a return or exchange to be eligible, the product tags must be intact, the product must be unwashed, unused, unstitched, and undamaged, and the item must be returned with the original packaging. Sale products are not eligible for return or exchange, except in the case of a defect.
